TRB’s Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP 2) has released a guide to a PowerPoint presentation that highlights the potential benefits of mainstreaming operations as a core mission and business practice of state departments of transportation (DOTs). The intended audiences for the presentation are chief executive officers (CEOs) and senior managers at DOTs.
